Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO THAILAND ( OPEN TO EXPATS) In this role, you will be providing leadership, direction and management of the regional finance team and support function. Drive the transformation of the finance function by implementing process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance financial management within the organisation Act as a catalyst for change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance team Provide strategic recommendations to IT heads, country leaders, and local members of the executive management team Manage financial closing processes and ensure effective cash management for subsidiaries Conduct root cause analysis of revenue, operating costs, and EBIT variances against plan and projections Oversee financial planning and forecasting processes and supervise the preparation of financial reports Advise on long-term business and financial planning, as well as pricing for services and projects Establish and cultivate relationships with senior management and external partners and stakeholders Review formal procedures related to finance, HR, and IT for all direct reports Represent the entity in interactions with external stakeholders such as auditors and authorities To succeed in this role, you must be able to lead the professionals in finance and accounting, IT, risk management and legal function. Possess Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field Have relevant work experience in areas such as accounting, controlling, etc. Have experience in using controlling systems, such as SAP FI-CO/BW Apply analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual skills, as well as moderation and presentation techniques Demonstrate an understanding of service management and service organisations Be able to independently handle tasks in non-standardised and ever-changing work situations Have problem-solving skills based on practice and precedent, along with the ability to analyse factual information
