To continue this expansion, they are looking to hire a Commercial Director with the ability to define and execute a long term strategy across the brands. Managing a team of 20+, you will be an inspirational leader with the ability to set our a clear vision for success. Working closely with Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders, you will help catapult our clients business to the next level. Key accountabilities include: - Defining a long term strategy to deliver the overall business ambition and ultimately, a plan that delivers profitable growth. - Be a strategic partner for the European Leadership team - assist with the creating and deliverance of the growth strategy - Lead the overall commercial strategy and brand activation in Europe, ensuring that there is significant growth acceleration - Passionately leading a team of 20+ commercial professionals, inspiring them to be accountable for their output. We would love to speak to you if you have the following skills and experience: - Experience building brands in an FMCG market as a Commercial Director. This could come from a Sales or Marketing background - Ability to grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders both nationally and internationally - Vision and expertise in brand marketing - Be able to analyse date and identify deep insights that can be used to make commercial decisions resulting in opportunity This is an incredible opportunity for an individual to put their own stamp on this newly created Commercial Director position withing a leading FMCG business. Company is offering a salary of £140,000 - £160,000 with an exceptional benefits package which includes a car allowance, enhanced pension & healthcare and a bonus opportunity of 20%.
