Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER MELBOURNE AUSTRLAIA Open to candidates worldwide his organisation is about to embark on a multi-year program of work focused on embedding, improving and uplifting their Cyber Security capability and thus needs a strong Project Manager with a skillset in this area. Key focus areas will include vulnerability management across all areas of IT, data loss prevention, security uplift, governance, risk and compliance, SoX - Security Operations, Network security, identity, cloud Security, and infrastructure security. Attractive hybrid WFH/office arrangement available. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end accountability for delivering cyber security related projects, with a focus on secure remote access Identify and select the best methodologies/approach for developing and executing a project within Digital and Transformation Cyber Security Make recommendations and changes accordingly whilst future proofing the organisation from any potential risk Maintain governance, regulation, framework changes according to latest compliance standard and rules Be responsible for developing and managing project and stakeholder plans and schedules to manage time, cost, and resource allocation Key Requirements: Proven track record managing critical cyber security projects - this is essential Exceptional project management, budgeting, and forecasting skills Strong leadership and people management abilities - with an ability to present information well Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders Understanding of project profitability and accountability Passion for delivering exceptional results within cyber security All industry experience welcome, however Retail industry experience preferred
