The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end operations, optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and managing the supply chain. The Director will play a strategic role in aligning operational functions with overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include process optimization, supply chain management, quality assurance, team leadership, and vendor management. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in operations management within the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry, with a strong track record of leadership and process improvement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, quality control measures, and budget management.
