Vice President 

Job Description : VP DUBAI UAE VP of People is needed for a home financing company based in Dubai. Salary – 45,000-60,000 AED/month + ESO At least 10 years of experience in HR/People leadership roles within high growth companies Experience developing and implementing best practices within the People function and across the company Does not shy away from getting your hands dirty - you don’t see any job too big or small Highly motivated, energized attitude that inspires others to seek higher levels of performance Inspiring people leader - your direct reports look up to you, internal team members trust you and you’re a key stakeholder in the company’s success Drive forward our people operations processes with a goal of improving employee experience and employee engagement Scale our processes efficiently to match the company's rapid growth while ensuring a smooth transition through periods of change Possess and maintain knowledge of global HR policies, programs, and laws. Utilize this knowledge and expertise to design and implement effective programs Talent Acquisition: Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals Coach the Talent Acquisition team and help initiate scalable changes to existing strategies Performance Define, develop, and scaling a robust performance management framework that’s focused on setting measurable objectives, engendering accountability, and delivering consistent feedback Manage the performance appraisal processes, including coaching leaders on identifying areas of improvement and continually iterating on the framework Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development Develop and enforce retention strategies, employee recognition, engagement, and internal career development opportunities Implement a culture of continuous feedback where regular discussions on performance, goals, and development occur between managers and employees formally or informally Create programs and initiatives to foster a customer-centric, people-focused culture Monitor and measure employee satisfaction and make data-driven improvements Support the organization through periods of change by effectively communicating changes and ensuring employees' concerns and feedback are addressed As the Head of People, you will work with business leaders, managers, and employees on all things people-related: performance management, employee relations, career planning, culture, talent acquisition, learning and development etc. This includes being part of the Leadership team, and at the heart of decision making. You will support our leaders and managers through scale, creating a culture where employees of all backgrounds can thrive, aligning our business strategy with our people strategy, and using data to develop best practices.
