Process Engineering Manager

Job Description : PROCESS ENGINEERING MANAGER Injection Molding TANZANIA BS/BA Degree is needed - Preferenceto Engineering or Technology focus 12+ yrs. As a Process Engineer for Injection Molded products with 5+ years managing other Engineers/Techs on projects for new tooling & process development— A plus for molding small products/parts. Must be able both take part and oversee design reviews/ECRs, work with Customers & Tool Shops to oversee new tool builds, new process development using Scientific Molding methods (Must), to full launches into production & optimizations. Requires a Servant Leader & mentor able to motivate and train Technicians on day-to-day functions while maintaining a team-based culture
