Job Description : SERVICE MANAGER GCC Service Manager, Premium brand Location: GCC We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join a prestigious premium automotive brand in the GCC region. Position Overview: As Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and aftersales support for a renowned premium automotive brand in the GCC. You will lead a team of service advisors and technicians, oversee the service department's operations, and uphold the brand's commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: · Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient repair and maintenance processes. · Customer Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and problem-solving, ensuring a seamless service experience. · Operational Excellence: Oversee all service department operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, to meet and exceed performance targets. · Budget Management: Manage the department's budget, controlling costs while maintaining high-quality service standards. · Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and best practices, providing guidance and support to the service team. · Reporting: Prepare regular reports on departmental performance and present findings to senior management. Qualifications: · Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably within a premium European brand. · Fluent in written and spoken English. · Strong leadership and team management skills · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. · GCC experience is a plus.
