Job Description : Project Director Mumbai -EPC Oil & Gas · Divisional Head, Project Operations with over 30 years of extensive experience in the field of Project Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Cost & Quality Consciousness and People Management · Extensive project management & governance experience; proficient in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing, implementing solutions, partnering closely with business leaders & stakeholders to achieve higher levels of efficiency & effectiveness. · Performance-driven professional with excellence in client engagement; set up project delivery strategy, operations readiness and internal controls in the organization. · Added value to the efforts of the organization and drove organizational objectives by successfully driving operational excellence, deploying innovative process automation solutions, building strategic client communication plans, reducing cost, formulating SOP?s and enhancing skills of the team. · Track record of implementing continuous improvement programs and partnering with multiple stakeholders · Rich experience in managerial activities entailing rendering technical leadership & guidance to the team members, planning, scheduling, tasks, holdings discussions with different functions and management for reviews and analysis, project progress monitoring and delivery as per quality, time and budgetary norms · Articulate, decisive leader, top performing team player & quick learner with strong adaptability to details-oriented approach for managing high team performance through mentoring & problem-solving
