Job Description : General Manager - Pipe Plant Operations. The position is located in Sharjah and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Polyfab's pipe plant operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, logistics, Dispatch and HSE. At least 18+ years of experience in pipe plant or plastic manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, supply chain management, and quality control systems Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders Experience working in a multicultural environment and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace Advanced knowledge of manufacturing software systems and data analysis tools
