Job Description : DIRECTOR OF BLOW MOLDING KENYA/TANZANIA/UGANDA (MULTI-SITE) Bachelors Degree is needed 20++ years as a Plant Manager over at least 100 employees along with 8++ years managing multiple manufacturing facilities : Experience with either Blow or Injection Molded products is needed— Having thorough technical/engineering knowledge is highly preferred. Continuous Improvement mindset and strong technical knowledge of molding presses, processes, and related equipment. Ability to train & develop technical staff with a focus on succession planning CIPET with preferably an MBA
