Job Description : PLANT MANAGER ( new facility ) VIETNAM Looking specificallt for Indian candidates – CIPET, 15+ years experience BS/BA Degree preferred but having the experience below is the key with 5+ yrs. as a Plant Manager responsible for an entire Injection Molding facility. Thorough knowledge of Injection Molding machines, processes, and tooling able to help troubleshoot and overcome issues including with auxiliary equipment is absolutely needed. Preference having at least some P&L and has been responsible for a DC-Warehouse/Distribution, but hands-on technical & leadership abilities are more important than plant finances right now. (Will train) Must be a hands-on Servant Leader with good people skills
