Job Description : GM HR DUBAI leading HVAC company committed to providing innovative climate solutions. Our client, a prominent player in the HVAC industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager HR to lead their HR initiatives in the Dubai region. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring alignment between HR goals and company objectives. Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent. Develop retention strategies to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Employee Relations: Act as a mediator between employees and management, handling disputes and grievances effectively. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Foster a learning culture within the organization. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Proven experience (20 years) as an HR leader, preferably in the HVAC or related industry. In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, compensation, and benefits. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
