Job Description : RSM ZAMBIA - Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience (Minimum 8 years In Food & Beverages is must) - MBA qualification - Maximum age of 45 years old - Must have hands-on experience implementing SFA (Sales Force Automation) - Strong knowledge in GTM, RTM, Beat Plan, Route Plan, Product launching strategy, BTL execution, and retailer loyalty programs - Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and making adjustments to the sales strategy as needed - Direct Distribution Experience will be an added advantage
