Pharma Trading & Distribution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Business Unit in Nairobi, Kenya. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Lead the business unit to achieve its strategic objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company. - Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare institutions, and partners. - Team Management: Provide effective leadership and management to the business unit team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges. Candidate Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a relevant scientific field. - Proven experience in a leadership role within the medical equipment industry. - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working in East Africa is a must; experience in Kenya is preferred. - Not more than 45 years old. Package: - Competitive monthly salary: 5000-6000 USD/Month Net equivalent in Kenyan Shillings.
