Job Description : BRANCH MANAGER UGANDA FOR PHARMA Company: Distribution and marketing of pharmaceuticals, medical disposables, medical equipment, and OTC products Location: Kampala, Uganda Products: Pharmaceuticals, OTC, Dental equipment and dental consumables, Ophthalmic equipment, Mobility equipment and Disability Aids, Orthopedic products and Aids, Candidate Qualification: Biomedical Engineer or relevant science field Age: Not more than 45 Experience: Experience working in Africa is preferred. Pharma Trading & Distribution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Branch Manager in Kampala, Uganda. Key Responsibilities: - Branch Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of the Uganda branch's operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. - Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth in Uganda by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and cultivating strong client relationships. - Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities in Uganda, staying ahead of industry trends and competition. - Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the branch team to achieve targets and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare institutions, and partners in Uganda. - Reporting: Provide regular reports on branch performance, market trends, and challenges to the Head of Business Unit. Candidate Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a relevant scientific field. - Proven experience in a leadership role within the medical equipment industry. - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working in Africa is preferred. - Not more than 45 years old. Package: - Competitive monthly salary: 2500-3000 USD/Month Net equivalent in Ugandan Shillings.
