Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER NIGERIA Qualified CA, MBA or CFA with 8+ experience in debt fund raising, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related role. Strong understanding of financial markets, debt instruments, and credit analysis. Prepare detailed Financial Models, projections, Information memorandum. Conduct financial analysis to determine suitable debt requirements and structures. Evaluate various debt instruments and structures. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling presentations and pitch materials. Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions. Coordinate due diligence processes. Oversee the timely and accurate documentation of debt agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and financial regulations. Conduct industry and competitor analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and documentation.
