Job Description : Director of Development - Hotels Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Package: 50,000 - 58,000 AED per month, plus package. For one of the leading independent hotel management companies in the Middle East, who are actively looking to expand their Development team in Dubai. The group have a lot of exciting projects in the pipeline, but are now looking for someone to spearhead their growth across the Middle Eastern & African territories. The Director of Development will be instrumental in master planning the growth of the company's hospitality project portfolio. You will be expected to lead, influence and mentor teams, internal and external, to execute this strategy by establishing commercially viable development options, securing multiple stakeholder buy-in, preparation of board papers and managing the complete development process for a portfolio of mixed use projects.
