Job Description : CEO KENYA 25+ years experience As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, setting strategic direction, and driving overall business growth. You will collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective business strategies, ensuring that the company achieves its financial and operational objectives. This will be a hands on role based in Nairobi, Kenya. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for: Leadership and Vision Strategic Planning Financial Management Operational Excellence Business Development Stakeholder relations Risk Management Qualifications and requirements: Proven experience as a Chief Executive Officer or in a senior executive leadership role within the retail industry. Strong understanding of retail operations, market trends, and customer behaviour. Prior retail experience is a non-negotiable. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
