Fleet Security Manager

Job Description : FLEET SECURITY MANAGER ETHIOPIA he role will oversee and provide overall management of security and overall fleet management for all personnel field personnel. The successful candidate will coordinate and review security plans, maintain the 24hour/7 days per week security roster and review contract arrangements with the subcontracted security provider. The role will provide capacity building for the local staff members responsible for Security as well as coordinate security assessments, organise security orientation and provide relevant training to staff. The key selection criteria for this position are: Substantial experience (10+ years) in Security Management Demonstrated experience in Fleet Management and coordination of transport requirements to support operations. Prior experience in managing performance of security contractors and meeting compliance with all service standards required under the contract. Looking for ex Indian army senior NCO’s or captains African experience preferred Corporate experience mandatory
