Responsibilities: Managing the key functions of accounting, payroll, accounts payable, finance, treasury, and information technology Creating financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual performance of the company's entities and operating units Facilitating the preparation of annual audited financial statements Managing strategic financial planning and funding sources in conjunction with the Board of Directors Managing the annual capital and financial budgets for all operating units Participating in contract negotiations and ongoing management of contracts Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of experience in a senior financial management role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in contract negotiations and management
