Job Description : INFRASTRUCTURE DIRECTOR Project Location: Southwest Province, Saudi Arabia Client: PIF Development Company (Client side) Project Type: Largescale Urban Regeneration / Mixed-Use Experience Required: 20 years + Salary: SAR 90,000 pm + (negotiable depending on current seniority) Role Overview The Director of Infrastructure will lead all efforts related to the design and implementation of primary and secondary infrastructure across the masterplan, which includes major road upgrades, power, substations, wet/dry utilities, storm & sanitary drainage, irrigation, earthworks, and water / canal networks (incl. flood avoidance). With the overarching concept masterplan approved, Infrastructure is moving through early design stage gateways, and we require someone with extensive detailed design related experience of major infrastructure packages, moving into project delivery phase upon design completion.
