Team Management: Capable of effectively leading and managing a team of 3 to 5 professionals in the procurement department. Material Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for material requirements, aligning them with the production needs of the steel plant. Language Proficiency: Proficient in both written and spoken French to effectively communicate with local stakeholders and enhance business operations. Vendor Management: Oversee the procurement of scrap, local consumables, and spares, ensuring a consistent and cost-effective supply chain. Key Competencies: Strategic Thinking: Ability to devise and implement strategic plans for material procurement aligned with production goals. Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in French, enabling effective communication and collaboration in the local business environment. Team Leadership: Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of 3 to 5 procurement professionals.
