Job Description : Project Manager || Real Estate || Lubumbashi a leading Indian Group with 5000 Indians working in their various group companies is seeking to hire for its Real Estate division. Position : Project Manager, Civil Location : Lubumbashi, DRC Salary : 3,500-4,000 USD plus Accommodation, Visa and Air Tickets. Education : Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent. Experience : 15+ years of experience into Project Management in Real Estate Industry. Job Description • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of all projects. • Manage the company's project team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff. • Negotiate and execute contracts with clients and suppliers. • Monitor safety and environmental compliance of the project. • Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, suppliers, regulators and local communities, to ensure the project meets the quality, safety, environmental and financial standards.
