Procurement of raw materials, Vendor Development, Vendor Evaluation, designing and implementing rate contracts, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, project site, engineering, User Department, stores Negotiation with contractors/vendors for finalizing scope of work/supply. Looking for an overall Head of Commercial.
