Job Description : REGIONAL MANAGER FRANCOPHONE FOR PHARMA 10+ years experience Regional Manager Francophone West Africa Region (Ivory Coast, Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso, Mali, etc.), based at Abidjan Qualification: B.Sc., preferably B.Pharm with Management Degree \ Diploma. Experience: Two to Three years experience in handling Formulations Business in Francophone West Africa, in a reputed Pharma Company; should have proven track-record, travelled extensively in Francophone West Africa & developed good understanding of the Business models & Regulatory requirements in various countries; Major Job Responsibilities: 1. Broad Function: To achieve continued growth in sales and profit by initiating, co-ordinating and implementing activities pertaining to Francophone West Africa. Facilitating all business activities e.g. Field force management, promotion, distributor management, marketing research, registration, stocking, logistics, sales, tendering, payments, etc. 2. Principal Responsibilities: a. Developing & implementing the marketing plans and strategies to achieve the sales objectives b. Identifying good local partners, negotiation of terms, product selection, pricing, co-ordination for prompt registration c. Establishing the Company & its products in the assigned countries d. Co-ordinating for Francophone Africa e. Train, Develop & Motivate the Field Force Age: approximately 35 years Annual Emoluments: Depending on the merits of the candidate; Broad range is Euro 30,000 p.a. to Euro 50,000 p.a. 1. Must be able to converse in French Language 2. Result oriented 3. Team-worker 4. Good communication skills 5. Presentable
