Job Description : PLANT MANAGER PUNE FOR HEAVY MACHINERY * Manage end to end plant manufacturing operations (Heavy Machinery) involving assembly, machining, maintenance, fabrications/welding, heat treat, packaging, painting, testing, tooling, scheduling, manufacturing engineering, quality, packaging, warehousing, shipping and receiving * Formulate operational strategies and prepare action plans to lower inventories, minimize variable cost, improve product availability & quality and improve employee satisfaction and performance * Make sure optimum utilization of critical assets and effective and smooth operation to meet production schedules * Prepare road map for future manufacturing technology implementation * Close collaboration in the Operations and Sales Planning process to ensure the plant can meet its target & commitments 50-55 LAKH
