Job Description : GROUP FC DUBAI global healthcare company to recruit a Group Financial Controller position located in Dubai. As the Group Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the financial strategies of the organization. In this critical position, your responsibilities as the Group Financial Controller extend to spearheading financial strategies, ensuring fiscal integrity, and fostering sustainable growth for the organization. Formulating and implementing financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Managing the Profit & Loss statements and driving initiatives for strategic financial outcomes. Leading the budgeting process, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to financial plans. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks to ensure stability and compliance. Effectively managing cash flows, working capital, and liquidity to support sustainable growth. Overseeing the preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders. Collaborating with various departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals. A Qualified Accountant (ACA,CA, ACCA etc) with a min of 15+ years of experience. A seasoned financial professional with a proven track record in leadership roles (min 8+ years). Capable of aligning financial strategies with broader organizational objectives. Experienced in managing financial functions across diverse global markets. Knowledgeable about financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles. Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams for optimal performance. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts clearly. Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its financial dynamics.
