Job Description : PLANT MANAGER S E ASIA FOR PACKAGING FILMS Oversees all daily Oprs. of the flagship MFG. facility. Ensures all required productivity, qlty & regulatory stds. R met. Develops processes for maximizing productivity, efficiency, safety & Qlty & maintain a high-performing culture. Min. 15+ yrs of exp. MFG. ENV. with a Min. of 5 ys direct supervision in a Plant MGR. role. Req. Plant Mgt. exp. in production of Polyester Film Mfg. 4 application in packaging & labeling inds.
