Job Description : EXPORT HEAD CONSUMER ELECTRONICS OUT OF MUMBAI this role for consumer electronics, home appliances, kitchen appliances, and electrical products. Roles and Responsibilities:- • Setting up distribution networks and establishing the brand in Africa for consumer electronics and home appliance products. (LED’s, AC, REF, Chest Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Gas Cooker, etc.) • Identifying & developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. • Pricing negotiation, retail distribution, inventory management across the distributors & retail stores. • Spearheading complete CEHA business in the assigned country with profitability management, forecasting monthly/ annual sales targets, & executing them in a given timeframe. • Tapping new markets geographically and coordinating with partners to penetrate CEHA segments, as well as launching a product portfolio with innovative products. • Manage yearly budgets, quarterly sales promotions with dealer partners network & contract negotiations with modern trades/Hypermarkets. • Build strategies for business planning, sales management, market research, account management, and business development. • Conducting market analysis to understand competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition. Desired Candidate Profile: • 10+ years’ experience in Africa is a must, experience in the consumer electronics & home appliance industry will be an added advantage. • Active traveling experience throughout Africa is a must.
