Job Description : GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Location: Nigeria Industry. Agro Commodities Experience: Proven 15.20 years experience as a certified chartered accountant Group Chief Financial Officer to oversee deal analysis, negotiations and manage investor relationships. Responsibilities: • Develop and effectively drive finance organisational strategies, assist in formulating the companys future direction, monitor the implementation of strategic business plans by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with the overall organisational objectives. • Oversee cash flow positioning for the companies with clear understanding of sources and uses funds; maintaining and upholding the intergrity of funds, securities and valued documents. • Effective control and management of all company liabilities, approve all agreements concerning financial obligations, such as contracts for procurements, assets and other actions requiring a commitment of financial resources. • Drive the attainment of overall company financial performance targets • Budget and expenses control • Overall risk management and mitigation • Develop Financial and tax strategies • Transcat and manage all third party relationship e.g bankers, government-related regulatory bodies ensuring timely compliance with statutory obligations Requirements: • Certified Chartered accountant • Good leadership skill, communicator, planner and organizer • Effective project management skills • Creative reporting capability • Should have managed atleast 45 expatraite financial controller
