About the Senior Operations Manager Role: In this role, you will be working with diverse group of individuals. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and high-quality outputs while managing resources effectively Uphold stringent quality control measures and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Strategically manage costs, identify optimization opportunities, and lead a team to foster a positive work culture and achieve performance goals. Continuously improve processes, implement Lean manufacturing principles, and manage the supply chain for seamless operations. Monitor performance indicators, generate insightful reports, and collaborate with sales teams to align production with customer demands and expectations To be successful in this Senior Operations Manager role you must have the ability to produce work in a a pivotal role in driving the success of the company’s Operations and enhancing overall satisfaction. Educational background: Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent Experience: 10 years in managing precision engineering manufacturing operations, including quality assurance and supply chain. Knowledge in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or value stream mapping is advantageous.
