Job Description : AFTER SALES HEAD PHILIPPINES An exciting Head of After Sales job opportunity has become available in a Construction company based in Philippines. This is a Managerial role where in you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the oversee the five division of the department: Service, Parts Sales, Asset Management, Research and Development, and Technical Training. In this role, you will work with diverse group of individuals. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Manage aftersales operations: Oversee timely, efficient delivery of services for high customer satisfaction Drive product innovation: Lead enhancements to broaden the product range and improve machine maintenance Expand customer base: Implement strategies to reach a wider audience with improved products and services To be successful in this Head of After Sales role, you must have the ability to produce work in a a pivotal role in driving the success of the company’s after sales and enhancing overall guest and employee satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, with professional licensing 5 10 years of managerial experience in industrial heavy equipment or related industries Strong background in operations management, blending technical expertise with business acumen Proficient in sales planning, inventory control, pricing strategies, negotiation, customer service, and multi-functional collaboration for achieving business objectives.
