Job Description : RETAIL OPERATION MANAGER MALAYSIA A leading retail company is seeking a Retail Operations Manager (Fashion) to lead the Retail Managers and oversee operations of the business. In this job, you will report to the Executive Director based in Malaysia. About the Retail Operations Manager (Fashion) Role: In this business critical role you will be responsible for developing and delivering exceptional operational and commercial standards throughout all stores. You will ensure compliance in all areas of operational activity and drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of direct reports, whilst managing within agreed budgets. Develop and review an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organisation which includes the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the organisation Review, facilitate and monitor all operational processes and recommend changes if needed for optimal efficiency Identify under-performing stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively including mystery shopping results Manage the opening process for new stores, by proposing new store locations, providing official sign-off for new stores, and monitoring the operational processes related to the store opening (store development, layout planning, marketing, etc.) Supervise the management of stores portfolio including opening/closing and remodels To succeed in the Retail Operations Manager (Fashion) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix. Relevant years of operational experience within the retail industry Experience in a fast-paced, highly competitive, multitasking, high volume and multi-brands environment Inspiring leader capable of operating in both strategic and operational levels Possesses the drive for continuous improvement and seek new challenges This company is a needs no introduction and is recognised as the leader in their field of expertise.
