Production Manager

Job Description : MANAGER PRODUCTION KENYA QUALIFICATION: • Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering (or equivalent work experience). • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in the operation and process trouble shooting, knowledge of maintenance of injection blow, extrusion, and stretch blow machines. • 'Knowledge of quality control methods and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. • Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization tools. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Machine Optimization: Optimize and improve the operation of injection blow, extrusion, and stretch blow machines to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity, and product quality. 2. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and operating costs. 3. Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control teams to maintain product quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 4. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to machine operation, product defects, and production interruptions. 5.Data Analysis: Collect arid analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization. 6.Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of process changes, machine maintenance, and operational procedures. 7. Safety: Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to safety protocols and regulations. 8. Training: Provide training and guidance to production staff on process improvements and machine operation.
