Job Description : Senior Director Manufacturing & Operations: CANADA one of North Americas largest seafood producers are moving into the Fresh Foods sectors in Mississauga, Toronto. After acquiring in 2023 a major branded fresh foods meats business the company are looking for a transformational, Re-structuring ops manufacturing director who can deliver the business goals and move the operations to a major size premises by June 2024. The profile we are looking for is a hands on Factory operations leader who has led multiple plants, multiple product lines and product SKU's. Has managed large scale moves and streamlined the process and efficiency. Leading a team of 100 FTE this is a critical role for the company to drive their products into the foodsercice, HORECA and retail space.
