Job Description : CEO NIGERIA 25-30 years experience The candidate will have the opportunity to build a leading cashew company in Africa with strong financial backing. The firm can undertake large flexible cashew projects in the Middle East to export cashew products to Europe and African markets. The company is looking for an MD / CEO who can lead the client company through the next level of growth at Given that the client company has been growing at a CAGR of more than 60- 70% since inception, this individual is expected to maintain the same growth in Africa while exploring multitude of avenues to drive its expansion in Middle East and Europe markets. This individual will lead GMs/functional leads from SCM (logistics and procurement), Finance, HR, Sales & BD with 15 to 18 member direct reports at L- level. Overall this individual will be leading a team of 250 to 300 expat, local full time and contract employees. Key Focus Areas for MD & CEO includes: Driving Growth @ min 60% CAGR YoY People Management & Driving nationalization Africans to be recognized and put into positions of importance.
