Job Description : Director of Rewards & Performance for their global bakery giant. UAE This role calls for a seasoned FMCG or food manufacturing expert with exposure across Europe, Eastern Europe, Central Europe, and the Middle East Region. The successful candidate will work with the VP Rewards and HR Director to design, define, and set the roadmap for C&B, rewards, structures, policies, benchmarks, bonus, RSU, and LTIPs for all employees and managerial levels.
