You lead a dedicated team of 8 employees. You will develop the optimization of the department's processes together with management, according to the needs of the company, thus ensuring maximum efficiency. You strengthen the company's communication by proposing and developing programs, activities and actions to involve and involve employees. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets and goals in your area, supporting the conception, development and implementation of global projects.
