Job Description : MD AUSTRALIA You are a proven CEO, or alternatively have had full P&L responsibility for a large division within a substantial organisation. You have a strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, ideally metal fabrication, although similar industries will be considered. You have a strategic mindset and enjoy growing businesses and launching new products into new markets. You enjoy developing your teams to achieve their full potential. Here is your opportunity to join a 20+ year, privately-owned manufacturing company that is performing very well. With a turnover of approximately $40m and 140 employees, there are no “burning platforms” requiring remediation. This is a newly created role, with a goal of taking the business to $100m plus turnover within the next five years. The Managing Director is very supportive of investing for growth, and there is also a highly skilled Advisory board in place.
