Job Description : Quality Head for EAST AFRICA Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate, / CIPET / Plastic Engineering Experience: Min 10 Years Industry preference: flexible packaging film manufacturing company Primary Responsibilities: 1. Developing and implementing the Quality department’s strategy, to ensure it meets the business requirements and customer deliverables, as well as ensuring the departmental performance against goals. 2. Implementing and monitoring all Quality Assurance & Food Safety systems to ensure compliance with ISO & BRCGS Management Representative 3. To evaluate all quality reports are available daily, weekly, monthly and as per other periodic requirements. 4. To evaluate and monitor all the rules are followed by all employees. 5. To report to management about subordinate quality department subordinate progress of daily activity. 6. Identify potential hazards. 7. Assign levels of severity and risk (Likelihood of occurrence). 8. Identify critical control points; recommend control measures, critical limits and procedures for monitoring and verification. 9. Recommend appropriate corrective actions when deviations occur. 10. Recommend or conduct investigations and /or research related to the HACCP plan (if information is not available) 11. Initiate Certificate of Analysis for Products 12. To Maintain Quality Management System (QMS-Global Policy, Documented Information List). 13. To Prepared Annual Audit Schedule and Audit Plan. 14. To circulate agenda for MRM to all concern person as per defined frequency. 15. Training & Development of Employees. 16. To complying the legal requirement related to BRCGS as BRCGS team leader and same should be communicated with Top Management.
