Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER UAE A growing financial services brokerage is looking to hire a Finance Manager in their growing team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible to ensure the firm's accounting and prudential requirements are aligned to international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Implement accounting methodologies and maintain accounts. Prepare financial controls, budgets, and reports. Assist in submitting quarterly and annual financial reports as per FRSA guidelines. Maintain statement of capital adequacy for internal and FSRA reporting. Work with external audit to ensure accurate accounts. Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance. Collaborate on budgeting and forecasts with management team. Ensure compliance with financial laws and FSRA guidelines. Calculate and monitor capital and liquidity adequacy. Prepare quarterly and annual PIB reports. Support SEO/RO with annual Scenario Stress Test submission. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline Minimum 10 years of finance and operations in a financial services institution; preferably in a multi-asset brokerage or asset management firm Excellent interpersonal skills
