Job Description : CFO ANGOLA Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Experience: 15+ Years Location: Angola, Africa Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG Financial Strategy and Planning Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team for decision-making. SAP Handling Possesses strong experience in handling SAP systems. Ensure efficient utilization of SAP for financial reporting, analysis, and decision support. Financial Reporting Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the executive team and board of directors. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Budgeting and Forecasting Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with various departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. Risk Management Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's assets. Implement risk management policies and procedures. FMCG Experience Demonstrate extensive experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Proven track record in manufacturing FMCG products. Implement best practices in FMCG financial management. African Business Environment Showcase a deep understanding of African business environments. Leverage local experience and knowledge to enhance operational efficiency. Navigate complexities and nuances of business operations in the African context. Over 15 years of experience in CFO roles within the FMCG sector. Proven SAP expertise with a focus on SAP FICO. Strong background in African business environments. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
