MEP Manager

Job Description : MEP MANAGER DUBAI UAE Duties will include: 1. Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects. 2. Oversees managers working on client engagements within practice. 3. Reviews high-level deliverables across projects. 4. Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction. 5. Manages scope and alleviate risk across project. 6. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project/projects under his/her direction. 7. Analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects. 8. Ensure that Site Personnel are conversant with the requirements of QMS and HSE Plans. 9. All other duties that fall into the role of a MEP Manager. 1. Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical or related field. 2. Minimum 15 years work experience in Malls, Hotels and High Rise Tower alongwith 5-6 yrs GCC experience is must. 3. Projects worked on, as MEP Manager should be in excess of AED 300m, managing significantly large packages and scope of works.
