Along with the overall exposure, you should have the hands-on exposure and should be capable of handling & running the overall operations end to end. Required Candidate profile Chemical Engineer or equivalent with more than 15 years of plant operations/manufacturing. You have demonstrated solid leadership in managing people and creating and maintaining a teamwork environment.
