Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager Southern Africa to oversee all aspects of production. The role includes managing manpower, preparing duty rosters, translating sales budgets into production plans, and ensuring timely goal achievement in a cost-effective manner. The Production Manager will focus on producing high-quality products, maintaining safety and hygiene, and adhering to legal requirements. Key responsibilities also involve reviewing control records, correcting deviations, and authorizing material requests. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset. Requirements: • Minimum Bsc degree in Dairy technology, Food Science or equivalent • IS022000 FSMS and or FSSC22000 internal audit certification • Min 15 years in Dairy production management with emphasis on milk powders, Whey protein concentrates, casein, butter, ghee and UHT milk
