Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER BANGLADESH FOR HANDBAGS 15-20 years experience Coordinate and supervise all aspects of handbag manufacturing processes. Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of orders. Implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs. Quality Control: Enforce and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the production cycle. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to promptly identify and address any product defects or issues. Team Management: Lead and manage a large workforce, including production supervisors and line workers. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee performance. Compliance and Safety: Ensure the factory's compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and Coach's quality requirements. Implement and oversee safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Resource Management: Optimize the use of resources, including human resources, machinery, and materials, to achieve production targets. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a steady supply of raw materials. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to enhance productivity and efficiency. Stay informed about industry best practices and implement relevant advancements in manufacturing processes. Communication: Establish clear lines of communication with various departments, including design, logistics, and quality assurance. Report regularly to higher management on production status, challenges, and achievements. Budget Management: Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all aspects of manufacturing. Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to meet budgetary goals.
