Job Description : CFO ABU DHABI UAE We are looking for someone with a profound understanding of operations within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. This role uniquely combines strategic financial leadership with direct involvement in operational aspects. Key focus areas: - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements. - Possess a comprehensive understanding of FMCG manufacturing site operations and distribution networks. - Work closely with operational teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless distribution. - Oversee and understand manufacturing site operations to align financial strategies with production requirements. - Collaborate with distribution teams to streamline logistics, minimize costs, and ensure timely and efficient product delivery. - Risk Management and Compliance - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, considering the operational intricacies of manufacturing and distribution. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. - Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. - Proven leadership experience in financial management and operations within the FMCG industry. - 18+ years of hands-on finance experience Salary: 70-80k AED +/- plus family benefits (no schooling)
