Job Description : HR HEAD SINGAPORE Open to Indian or Sri Lankan nationals HUMAN RESOURCE -APAC -Responsible for entire business HR functions for APAC Regions. Expert of various employment laws across APAC & their impact on HR matters. Partner with the business to lead Performance management& talent development across the region. Support with standardization & automatization to scale function, Have an effective talent management strategy (career progression, career development) to retain key talent. Work with employee groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives. Establish some best in industry practices in compensation, learning initiatives, culture interventions, talent acquisition etc Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Be the advocate of the employees, balance with company's interests and champion our values Candidate Requirements. Responsible for entire life cycle management of the employees. Position may be based at SG,MY,VNM or Thailand. A Leading MNC with global offices at more than 30 countries into Freight Forwarding, Project Cargo, complete supply chain solutions.
