Job Description : GM FINANCE SENEGAL 10+ years experience Job Description: Ensure Financial Accounts are prepared as per OHADA standards Ensure coordination between company & Head Office for IFRS bookkeeping is effective To be accountable for the provision of Management Accounts to the management To participate in Structured Trade Financing initiatives To exercise reasonability assessment on costs, drawings, projections etc.. To ensure relevant Internal Controls are implemented effectively with constant monitoring To ensure the safekeeping of the companys assets To ensure all compliances are well monitored and checked as per requirement To liaise with Corporate Secretary & Consultants to manage corporate related matters To be the point of contact for new investments &/or initiatives in West Africa; to the management. To Perform Staff Appraisals, Setting up KRA, Staff/Self-development. To maintain a strong relation with Banks, authorities & Consultants Ad-Hoc Analysis & project appraisals This position is based in West Africa and will require the individual to be based in the country minimum 12 months followed by a 1-month Leave. French Speaking preferred to work with French speaking counterparts Able to structure a team and guide towards goal congruence. Must be diligent and hands on with the financial aspects of the company. MUST be a problem solver and provide outcome & solutions. This role is for a senior level who can understand the needs & requirements from the management quickly and deliver the results within the time frame
