Job Description : COUNTRY FINANCE MANAGER SOUTH SUDAN FOR OIL INDUSTRY a multinational company. Operating throughout Africa and expanding significantly through organic growth. We are looking for a highly competent, motivated and reliable finance professional, qualified accountant with international experience. You will be responsible for the financial management of the oil distribution activities in South Sudan. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and leading the finance & administration team, managing all financial and operational controls - Assuming responsibility for financial reporting, ensuring integrity of all financial information, particularly budgeting and cash flow management - Advising and supporting the development of strategic financial plans for business growth - Managing external relationships with banks, tax and regulatory authorities, clients and suppliers. The successful candidate will have or demonstrate the following attributes: - A finance professional with a recognized accountancy qualification; - A motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, high energy and the ability to work in a fast moving environment; - A proven track record of 15+ years professional financial and administration management ideally in the oil / downstream / oil distribution industry; - Excellent presentation skills, a hands-on attitude combined with a willingness to immerse yourself in detail; - Experience in delivering management information, improving processes and shaping the agenda for business and financial planning.
